Charter gives everyone a say in Social Security Scotland
Treating people with dignity, fairness and respect is at the heart of everything we do at Social Security Scotland and has been our commitment since we opened our doors in 2018.
We have kept these core values at the centre of our work, even as we have grown rapidly to become a service which now delivers 15 vital payments to support families, disabled people, young people starting a new job and people struggling to heat their homes across Scotland. Our last Annual Report showed we delivered £1.9 billion in direct payments across Scotland in 2023-2024.
