The title, “8 dangerous seconds,” refers to the amount of time for a successful bull ride. Why 8 seconds? The duration strikes a balance between providing a challenge for skilled riders while pushing them to the edge of their physical and mental limits.
Bull riding is one of the most perilous sports in the world. You can get an up-close look at it in the Winter Chill Bull Riding Series in Naples, at the Rose Hill Ranch, on Sundays through April.
The Cross Over The Line Rodeo Co. is based in Warsaw and holds events at Western New York locations. In the winter, it offers the opportunity for professionals and amateurs — young and old, male and female — to compete in our area. The public is welcome to attend this family-friendly event.
