The Beccles and Worlingham Garden Neighbourhood is a development that will see 1,250 homes built to the south of Beccles and southwest of Worlingham.

The first planning application for the major development has been submitted, consisting of more than 700 new homes.

This comes after more than a year-long pre-application period with East Suffolk and Suffolk County Council.

The application for the east parcel part of the scheme was submitted by WSP on behalf of Larkfleet Ltd, the developers.
