Coastal 'fortress' faces fresh problems as council objects to rebuild changes

Adam Spiegel's Arcady home in Cley-next-the-Sea had to be part dismantled and halved in size after it was found to have been built larger than permitted.

The property has become one of the most controversial and expensive planning rows in Norfolk's history and it is thought to have cost the impresario millions of pounds to fix.
