Final plans signed off for 446-home development on edge of Norfolk town

Great Yarmouth Borough Council (GYBC) has officially signed a Section 106 agreement regarding a scheme to build 446 homes and up to 70 extra care units south of Links Road by Gorleston.

The agreement sets out the conditions that Repton Property Developments, the developer, must adhere to as part of the development.

It states that 67 affordable homes must be provided during construction, with 75pc of these set at affordable rent and 25pc designated low-cost home........
