The store, on Kingston Road, is due to be replaced by a new one on Yaxham Road in early 2026.

An application for the site has now been put forward by Prime Retail Ltd, which will see the building sub-divided into four units.

It is currently unknown what businesses will occupy the units, although they are said to provide "a variety of uses to support the local community".
