The development would be located between Westfield Road and Shipdham Road in Toftwood in Dereham if approved, with a range of house sizes and types proposed.

This includes nine two-bed and 10 three bed homes, all of which will either be mid-terrace, end-terrace, semi-detached or detached.

The site has been vacant for 15 years after the previous occupiers, timber merchant Palgrave Brown, ceased operations in 2010.
