The two-storey facility would be located near Westfield Road in Dereham, which was previously occupied by builders' merchants Jewson.

It will feature a hair salon, cinema, sky bar, activity spaces, private dining area, communal lounge, gardens, single rooms and fully en-suite wetroom facilities.
