Steven Howells suffered a serious injury to his brain, as well as others to his face, eye and chest, at the Protyre outlet on Telford Way, Thetford.

The 33-year-old was taken to Addenbrooke's Hospital, in Cambridge, where he died a week later.

Norfolk Constabulary and the Health and Safety Executive - which investigates workplace accidents - are conducting a joint investigation into the death.
