Family launches appeal to build four new homes on land in village near Dereham
The appeal was put forward by the Kilvert family, who sought outline planning permission for the development on land near Westcliffe House on Barrows Hole Lane in Little Dunham.
Each of the properties would have been two-storey and detached to fit the street scene of the village.
The plans were rejected by Breckland Council in August, saying the proposal represented "unsustainable development" and the "significant harm" would outweigh the benefits.
