Regener8 Power has submitted a "scoping opinion" request to Breckland Council ahead of a possible planning bid for the energy-generating site in Shipdham.

The farm would be located on land at Park Farm on Birds Corner, near a former airfield which closed in November 2023.

It would generate up to 49.9 megawatts (MW) of renewable energy as well as 800 MW battery energy storage system.
