Major funding boost ensures group can continue giving a vital voice to locals
Kirkley People’s Forum - a non-profit organisation - has been awarded more than £17,000 in National Lottery funding and continuing sponsorship from Lowestoft Town Council to support its work in the community.
The independent organisation, whose mission it is to help the community to make Kirkley an even better place to live, is based at the Kirkley Centre on London Road South in Lowestoft,
It will use the money to provide security and sustainability for the next two years.
