Church Farm Barns on Fleggburgh Road in Rollesby, Great Yarmouth is up for sale at an online auction on May 7.

The property, which is expected to fetch £160,000 to £180,000 plus fees, sits in 0.75 of an acre of land.

The site also includes an eight bay cart lodge which was damaged by fire and the foundations of another barn, which could both - subject to planning permission - be developed along with the main barn.

It is being marketed by Auction House East Anglia.
