Lawrence Betts, 32, of Blyth Road, Southwold, was sentenced at Ipswich Crown Court after admitting four offences, including wounding with intent, two counts of actual bodily harm, and criminal damage.

The first incident occurred on February 6, 2025, when Betts visited a property in Teal Close, Southwold.
