North Norfolk Council has approved Clover Childcare Service’s (CCS) proposal for a new house and classroom at the site in Old Rectory Road, Brumstead.
CCS is an independent organisation founded in 2007 that provides accommodation, therapy, and schooling for people with complex needs.
The plans included a four-bedroom house for two children and two members of staff, as well as a space for a library and therapy room in the proposed classroom.
