The Carnegie Library, in King's Lynn, will close on February 14 as preparations begin for it to move into the former Argos store in Vancouver Quarter.

The new facility, which is expected to open in March, will boast new flexible learning spaces, a training kitchen and enhanced heritage resources.

It is understood that any books borrowed from the library will be extended until the new site opens.

Regular group activities hosted in the building will be run from alternative venues when possible for the time being.
