A four-month-long project upgrading the neglected structure in Chapelfield Gardens is almost finished, a Norwich City Council spokeswoman has revealed.

Specialist roof work on the 126-year-old bandstand is complete, and King and Company, the building contractors, are working towards an "early summer" completion date, she said.
