Lisa Leech was seeking permission to convert a garden room at Tally House, a large dwelling on Hall Road in Hopton.

The application was on behalf of her 21-year-old daughter, Rhianne.

In May, Ms Leech appealed to the planning inspectorate following two refusals by Great Yarmouth Borough Council over the proposed salon.
