Festival cancelled as organisers blame people failing to 'get off their backsides'
Great Yarmouth Arts Festival normally takes place every September, and has been an annual event since 2012, but this year it will not take place.
The organisers said the decision was not taken lightly but they believed it was essential to ensure the long-term success and sustainability of the festival.
Hugh Sturzaker, chairman, said: "The attendance last year was very much down on previous years."
