Stody Estate wants to remodel the Hunworth Bell, near Holt, by reducing its size by adding four guest rooms.

The plans also include building 10 new houses on the northern side of the pub also known as The Hunny Bell.

The premises has been closed since May following the departure of its landlords due to financial difficulties.

The latest development saw about 80 people go to a meeting of Stody with Hunworth Parish Council to air their views on the plans for the pub.
