Drought-hit farmers offered £2,000 emergency grants to help with living costs
It is part of a £2m scheme run by farmers' charity RABI (the Royal Agricultural Benevolent Institution) in response to the financial pressures caused by this summer's lack of rainfall.
The East of England phase of the campaign has up to £400,000 available for eligible applicants.
Applications opened on Monday, September 28 and are due to close at 3pm on Friday, October 2, unless all the funding is fully allocated before that time.
