Plans for holiday lodges and camping pods on Roman fort set for green light
West Norfolk Council's planning committee has been recommended to approve an application to change the use of a field off the A149 at Brancaster, near Hunstanton, when it meets in January 12.
A planning officer's report says the site forms part of Scheduled Ancient Monument known as Branodunum - a Roman fort which was established on the coast in around 230 AD.
