West Norfolk Council has agreed plans to develop land off Pope's Lane at Terrington St Clement, near King's Lynn.

They include three new houses, an affordable home and outline proposals for a self-build property.

More than 20 locals objected to the proposals on the council's planning portal.

One said: "While I understand the need for development in some areas, I believe that this application threatens the very essence of our village.
