James Rowe was detained on September 29, just days after standing down as boss of King's Lynn Town FC.

He was questioned following an incident alleged to have happened at the club's ground The Walks, on Tennyson Road, on September 22.

At the time Norfolk Police said a man in his 40s had been arrested on suspicion of two counts of sexual assault and had been questioned at Martlesham Police........
