One Ring to Rule Them All

In The Lord of the Rings, J.R.R. Tolkien described a fantastical world in which entire thriving civilizations and societies were in grave danger of being destroyed and ruled by one world leader. Good people were cast as evil, and bad people as good. But initially, those who are drawn to power beyond all reason, both men and women, would be given a ring of power they believe will allow them to achieve what they desire above everything.

History has seen this before, families of rulers, in many cases related, ruling the civilized world. And one stepped out to inevitably attempt a world takeover. But now we are in a rerun with a twist.

Globalist elites, who desire power over all else, have, once again, descended upon the world. But they will all be deceived. Their hunger to dominate the planet is creating, even if unintended by some, a throne, a chair of royalty for an individual to pour his malice and cruelty on a seat of ultimate power over the earth. One ring to rule them all. It is unavoidable.

Any group of nations giving up sovereignty, surrendering to a central authority is always too enticing for any would-be dictator or king to pass up. In the Scriptures, the Israelites decided they wanted a king (1 Samuel 4–22). God tries to convince Israel that they do not need a king. They have one, Himself. God predicts that a human ruler with too much power will grow so dominant that the populace will seek refuge from him. But the Jews insist on it anyway and go through a series of kings, many of whom will eventually become just as God predicted. It's the evil nature of the people and of the planet on which we live. No amount of human technology can overcome this. But our founders, in their wisdom, built in checks and balances for that very purpose—self-rule, under God, the vital element. In the 18th century, it was unheard of.

That is why we are an 'exceptional' nation. Something Obama, our very own Manchurian Candidate, never publicly agreed with or could understand. He........
