EDITORIAL: Wash his mouth out
For decades, fluoride has been part of most people's drinking water in the United States. Those days may be coming to an end. But why?
Answer: Politics, and today's tired routine of discounting venerable and verifiable science. Just. Because. We. Can.
It's the you're-not-the-boss-of-me times, and that playground taunt has gained traction in certain adults who are smarter than all the Ph.Ds on the planet. If some pointy-headed scientists, with all their credentials and "education," tell us not to jump off a bridge, well, just watch us. And though the fluoride aginners are sprinkled around in Arkansas, this state is by no means the epicenter. That may be farther west, in Utah.
Years and years of science has proven........
