Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker undergoes medical procedure, pauses public events

ILLINOIS (KTVI) — Illinois Gov. JB Pritzker is recovering from a medical procedure he had on Friday and will put a pause on public events next week.

A spokesperson from the governor’s office tells Nexstar’s KTVI that Pritzker completed a “routine out-patient urology procedure.”

“Next week, the Governor will fulfill his duties and pause public events while resting. The Governor is grateful for well-wishes and looks forward to resuming public events soon,”........
