Keeping up with Donald Trump’s court schedule is a dizzying task, since he faces two federal trials, a criminal trial in Georgia, and two separate civil and criminal trials in New York. (Oh, and he’s running for president.) To make it easier to follow along, we’re rounding up all the Trump trial–related developments you might have missed the previous week.

Last week, an opinion issued in 2023 by U.S. District Judge Beryl Howell, who presided over the grand jury proceedings that fueled special counsel Jack Smith’s eventual indictment, said an additional four documents were found in Trump’s bedroom, months after the FBI searched the property. “Notably, no excuse is provided as to how the former president could miss the classified-marked documents found in his own bedroom,” wrote Howell.
