Stuart Clancy, Conservative councillor for Taverham South, said he felt the current infrastructure near the Marriott’s Park site in Taverham remains “inadequate”.

He voiced his concerns at Broadland District Council’s planning committee, and added: "These are matters affecting people. These are matters which affect the local, existing community and will affect people buying homes there.”
