Where is my abode?
Yesterday I watched a video on Facebook; an interview of some Kashmir Pandits in Sopore that was once their homeland. They were lamenting their being away from home. While narrating the ordeal, tears tricking down their cheeks. They have their memories of childhood, of youth, of adulthood and of later years. They have played in the lanes, by-lanes, streets and roads of the Valley. They have spent their lives in the open lap of nature in the vast environs of Kashmir. They had their schooling in local Kashmiri schools which housed both Muslims and Hindus under one roof with harmony. They played in the grounds and parks with their Muslim friends for decades. They shared their meals with their neighbours and friends without........
