Nicholas Clarke, 72, from Diss, is wanted on a warrant after failing to appear in court to be sentenced for stalking offences.

He is described as being of medium build, 6ft tall, with wavy grey hair.

Clarke is known to travel around Norfolk as well as outside of the county.
