The collision happened at 2.26pm on Saturday on the A1062 Horning Road, at the junction with Littlewood Lane.

An orange KTM Super Duke motorcycle and a silver Ford Focus were involved in the crash.

The biker, a man in his 50s, died at the scene.

A female driver of the Ford Focus, also in her 50s, was arrested on suspicion of causing death by careless driving.

She was taken to Wymondham Police Investigation Centre for questioning and has since been released under investigation.

Officers are appealing for witnesses or anyone with relevant dashcam footage to come forward.
