Quantum computing, post-humanism

I came across two basic, but not simple, concepts: quantum computing and post-humanism. Although they appeared to be far apart at first, I gradually came to note their possible relationships for a better world.

Quantum computing is totally different from today's computing method. Contemporary computing processes information electronically only in binary bits, zeros or ones. In contrast, quantum computing applies the principles of quantum mechanics. So the quantum computers of the future, due to partial superposition, use a huge number of quantum bits (or qubits), including both zeros and ones simultaneously. This means a revolution in computing power. It is being actively investigated by global companies such as IBM, Intel and Google.

Quantum computers could thoroughly change industries by solving complex problems in seconds that would take classical computers thousands of years. It will surely surpass existing electronic supercomputers.

However, with great power comes great responsibility. As quantum computing........
