A van driver has died after suffering a medical episode while driving. Merseyside Police has confirmed a 64-year-old man has died after officers were called to the scene on Wednesday, July 24.

The force received a report at around 10.05am that a white Renault box van had mounted the grass central reservation of St Helens Linkway. The car was travelling out of St Helens and stopped opposite Sherdley Road. Police have confirmed they believe the driver suffered a medical episode.........
