Bradley Cooper says he’s received a lot of compliments on his appearance amid a flurry of speculation he’s gone under the knife.

Appearing on Monday’s episode of the SmartLess podcast, the Silver Linings Playbook actor briefly touched on recent rumours that he’s undergone plastic surgery, but notably stopped short of a full denial.

The subject came up when co-host Will Arnett – who acts alongside Bradley in the new film Is This Thing On? – was asked to name one thing about his co-star that most people don’t know.

“I said, ‘Well, there’s a lot,’” Will responded, per an excerpt of the interview featured on E! News.
