A Beccles Town Council spokeswoman confirmed that maintenance work across a section of the Beccles Marsh Trail has finished.

This means all of the 'green' route is accessible again and locals can enjoy updated crossings.

It is one of three routes commonly used by dog walkers.

The Beccles Marsh Trail, partially maintained by the Suffolk Wildlife Trust, is located to the north of the town, past the A146, and runs alongside the River Waveney.
