Sofia Hancy, 28, who lives in Beccles, started Sofia's Kitchen when she was 18 and at university.

The bookings took off for her wedding cakes, which led to her converting her garage into a kitchen.

However, personal circumstances meant that she had to increase her hours for her full-time job as a physiotherapist last year.
