It took forever, but today is finally here. As the election results start to pour in, you may not be able to ever totally turn off your anxieties. Maybe you could try feeding them instead with these simple recipes.

The Early Bird Drink SpecialHey, you did your part! You voted! Twice! There’s not much to do now other than wait. Might as well have something to sip on.

Take some time to yourself with a soothing drink and a light snack to calm your nerves. We won’t judge you on whatever liquid you choose, whether it’s 60 proof or a Pepto Bismol martini.

The Fresh Start
It might be a good time to separate your well-being from the outcome. No matter what happens today, you’re gonna want to stay healthy.

You don’t want to pass out on the final stretch of this marathon election. And hydration is key. So boil some broccoli and drink the leftover water to absorb those nutrients. You may feel totally numb inside by now but at least you’ll be glowing.
