And as a nation prepares to fall silent for Armistice Day and Remembrance Sunday, the 'There But Not There' life-sized silhouettes - or 'Tommies' - have returned to a popular park.

Lowestoft Town Council has installed the silhouette figures - which it keeps in storage for the rest of the year - on the benches in the poppy memorial Remembrance Garden at Belle Vue Park in time for this year's commemorations.
