There is no such thing as going too far when it comes to Donald Trump.

There is nothing he won’t say.

Nothing he won’t fantasize about — out loud.

And there is no concern on his part that some MAGA kook won’t take what he says as an exhortation, even a command, and carry it out.

So, there was Trump in Glendale on Thursday talking about how he’d imagine former Republican U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney being executed by a firing squad.

Or, as he put it, “Let's put her (Cheney) with a rifle standing there with........
