Srinagar : Srinagar is set to get its first state of the art school for specially abled children, making it the only such institution in the entire Kashmir region. Deputy Commissioner Srinagar Akshay Labroo said the Abhinandan School is being built for children with visual and hearing disabilities and will cater to specially abled children across the Kashmir division.
