Vadims Ivanovs died on December 29 last year at the Norfolk and Norwich Hospital (N&N).
He is believed to be the man who was pulled from the Wensum in the centre of Norwich by off-duty police officer Karl Warren nine days earlier.

It is understood he is the man dragged from the water near St James' Quay, in Norwich, at around 12.30pm on December 20.
