As if our traffic woes are any less that people leave their animals on roads, and in adjoining open spaces. As if stray dogs weren't enough headache that stray horses and cows are found on busy roads. These stray animals, besides raising an important ethical question about those who own them, pose a grave threat to the life of commuters and drives. Somedays back we saw a young boy crashed under a speeding vehicle as a pack of stray dogs chased him and he had to run for his life. Trying to save himself from the canine........
