Lucknow: Uttar Pradesh has withheld salaries of 68,236 state employees for January. The step has been taken against those employed who failed to disclose details of their movable and immovable assets on the Manav Sampada portal in the given time frame. The state government took the step, keeping in mind its zero tolerance stand on corruption.
