Kerala: Case Filed Against Hindutva Ideologue Who Said He Would Shoot Protesters

New Delhi: The Thiruvananthapuram City Cyber Police has registered a case against Hindutva ideologue T.G. Mohandas over his controversial comments made against the protesters at Jantar Mantar.
The case has been registered under Sections 192 and 353(1)(b) of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita (BNS), Section 66 of the Information Technology Act and Section 120(o) of the Kerala Police Act, the Hindu reported. The BNS sections relate to provocation to cause a riot and statements intended to cause public mischief.
