New Delhi: The Samrat Choudhary government, Bihar’s first Bharatiya Janata Party-led dispensation, came under mounting pressure from the opposition and a key ally on Friday, September 25, after the photograph of a minor girl, who was molested earlier this week in Jamui district, was released from the official X handle of the chief minister. The victim and her parents had gone to Choudhary’s official residence in Patna where the photograph was taken.

The photo, according to The Hindu, remained on X for over 15 minutes before it was deleted after officials realised that the victim had been identified.
