The Victoria Park precinct in Brisbane is viewed through the prism of profit, yes, but also its benefit to the broader community. Why can't Macquarie Point be seen the same way?
Yes, its capacity is three times that of Hobart's Macquarie Point project, but the same argument should apply to Tasmania's project as well. There is no way big acts........
