Border Czar Tom Homan confirmed that the Department of Homeland Security is investigating allegations that Rep. Ilhan Omar committed immigration fraud by marrying her brother.

“I’m confirming that [Immigration and Customs Enforcement] is, yeah, look, I said months ago that it’s something that has been reported and needs to be looked at,” Homan said on Fox News’ “The Sunday Briefing.”

“I’m not going to comment on ongoing criminal investigations. I know things are going on, but I can’t give specifics of what’s happening. But we’ll see,” he continued. “No one is above the law. We will let HSI, Homeland Security Investigations, continue the investigation.”

Omar and her staff have repeatedly denied the allegations. Last year, her chief of staff called it a “ridiculous lie.”........
