EXCLUSIVE: Sen. Steve Daines Commemorates Dobbs Anniversary

FIRST ON THE DAILY SIGNAL—Four years ago, on June 24, the U.S. Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade with the Dobbs v. Jackson Women’s Health Organization decision, sending the abortion issue back to the people through their elected representatives. On Wednesday, for that anniversary, Sen. Steve Daines, R-Mont., introduced a resolution from the Senate floor to mark the Dobbs anniversary.

Republican Sens. James Lankford of Oklahoma, Roger Marshall of Kansas, Tommy Tuberville of Alabama, Ted Budd of North Carolina, Pete Ricketts of Nebraska, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cindy Hyde-Smith of Mississippi, Jim Risch of Idaho, Katie Britt of Alabama, John Cornyn of Texas, Deb Fischer of Nebraska, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Mike Rounds of South Dakota, Rick Scott of Florida, and Jim Banks of Indiana also introduced the resolution.
