Dan Thomas, the former leader of Barnet Council, was a former Conservative and was hand-picked by Nigel Farage as the leader of Reform UK in Wales.

In the words of Jane Dodds: "Even Nigel Farage thinks that Reform candidates in Wales aren't up to the job - that's why he's appointed a councillor from London as leader."

There seems to be an undemocratic trend of electing leaders and candidates for Reform UK, the London mayor........
